How to reach someone with higher ranking in EA customer service.

I just spent 2 hours waiting for a customer service representive then I get the chat ended on me because i was questioning. Please let me know if there is anyone higher i can talk to because i just k...

have them call you instead of chat and chew them a new one till u get where u want lol that what i do
