How to report a bug in Madden NFL 23

Problem on the face of the franchise on madden 23. I play on playstation 5 and I try to restart my game today. This issues was happening yesterday at like 3am. I had a CB carrer started and everything was being fine until the game froze. After restarting, my CB was not the one I issue to play with. I keep all of my attribute but it was like the made me restart the game. The season time line I had on my CB career was transfer to the QB career.
