I’m bot getting my twitch reward packs or MCS tokens

I’ve been a big time madden gamer since the first madden came out. Ever since the drop of MUT that is the only way I play madden. I’ve yet to receive any of my twitch drop packs or MCS tokens all season. This is extremely troubling to me being that I put in the time to watch the series and GMM with hopes of receiving my packs but no luck yet. Please help me EA. I don’t want to give up on you guys. Thanks in advance!!!

    To confirm if you should have your accounts linked, and have verified they are linked to the correct account you might want to reach out to our support to take a further look at this.

    @EA_Barry We are over a week late on a simple token drop. Screenshots and details included can we please get some help or do we need new tickets and new threads in other places?
