I’ve had problems playing Madden 21 online

I haven’t been able to play online at all since the MVP edition release every time I try to play ranked or play mut head to head it says failed I have ps plus I have good internet so I know it’s not a problem on my end is there anything I can do to try to fix it?

    Hi everyone, 

    When you've got a chance can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes setting a new password on the account can help out with issues like this. For more information on how to update the password check out the EA Help website. 

    If you're still having trouble after that I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

    Been having the same issue. Only have played 4 games online in MUT H2H and connect at all

    Same. Whenever I try to play online against a real person in MUT or exhibition online head to head it'll either load for about a minute then say "Failed to start game   An unexpected error occured while starting your game." or deliver the error message instantly. I was able to play one MUT head to head seasons game a few nights ago but haven't been able to play any since. I have been able to play the yard though very fun

    Yea, did the whole password change thing. Tried everything.  How about u guys over at ea stop robbing everyone of their money year after year with the SAME!! broken game every damn year. It is always something. You know what never changes?  Our 65 dollars that goes in ur pocket. How about you give some of us our money back

    @Nick58636 Exactly its sad that EA is doing this..I haven't been able to play online in 1 week now I've tried everything mentioned, even reached out to them

    Can only play one game then have to restart the whole game. This is getting ridiculous.
