I am unable to trade in Simmons for a Ghost Past Player

Receiving error when trying to trade in Simmons. I have tried closing out the game restarting my Xbox removing Simmons from line up. And nothing worked. I understand having these problems when the game first dropped but it has been out long enough these should be worked out. Really disappointing when you spend real money and alot of time to grind your team up to constantly run into issues like this.
