I beat KC 260 - 14 but the system recorded it as a loss

I beat KC 260 - 14 but the system recorded it as a loss. Also, the box score:

  1. doesn't show all my scoring by quarter while at the same time.

   2. it shows more points scored each quarter than the final score...they don't add up.
