I can’t do challenges

Every time I try to get into a solo challenge in ultimate team, an alert pops onto my screen and says that the server cannot process my request, then it takes me back to the main menu. It’s been doing this for two days and I can’t find a solution.

    @QUALLS11 

    I see you have multiple gamertags linked to your account. We've seen an issue with Madden 22 where this is causing the same issue you're having. Would you be able to unlink one of those accounts? Unfortunately, this means all the progress for the games that have been played on that gamertag would be lost. Make sure you read this article before unlinking for all those details.

    Hi there, @QUALLS11.

    Try setting your lineup to the best possible overall. If that doesn't help, also try using a default playbook and not a custom one. Let me know if these help or not. Thanks!

    Thanks for letting me know. Next, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

  • @EA_Aljo This did not help as well. I have also tried to log onto my account and do any challenges on another xbox and i got the same result on that console.

    Thanks for the response. Something else to try is setting your team visuals to default for your players and coach. Give that a shot and let me know if it makes a difference or not.

  • @EA_Aljo I tried this as well and it also did not work. Today though, before the normal error popped up on the screen it had an alert that said “access is denied.” Then after that it said the normal message and then took me back to the main menu. Thank you for continuing to respond.
  • @EA_Aljo The most frustrating part about this is that I am missing out on opportunities from solos that are only available for a short amount of time, so when this gets fixed (if it does) I won’t be able to get players like the NCAT Kyler Murray. I doubt there is anything you can do about that, but it is quite frustrating.

  • @EA_Aljo Do i need to unlink both or just the one I don’t play with? Also I tried to remove one from the website but i did not have the button to click to remove the account.

    It would just be the one that you don't play Madden on. Again, keep in mind, all progress on all EA games will be deleted so make sure you read that article I linked. As far as the button not showing up goes, try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Also, if you're on a mobile device, switch to the desktop version of the site in your mobile browser.
