I can't access for franchise mode, When I try to search my league by it's name

I can't access for franchise mode,

When I try to search my league by it's name it doesn't show up in search results.
When the commissioner for my discord league friended me and tried to invite me, he got an error message.
I tried turning off and unplugging my modem and PS5
I Uninstalled the game and re-downloaded and re-installed it.
I use a LAN wire direct to my PS5 which is still new and is in good condition.
My internet is top notch and all internet tests from my console has been successful.
I've contacted the PS5 tech support, my internet provider, I tried EA Answers hq I spoke to EA phone tech support...
I've posted about this issue asking for a fix on reddit, the ea message board, Facebook, my discord League with the commish, and Twitter.
I tried literally every fix so I can only surmise that the copy itself is defective or glitched.
Therefore I think it would be reasonable to ask for a replacement.
I hope you respond soon...League play on my discord has begun and I can't play.
I know you aren't a developer or EA executive, but I need to express my profound disappointment at this turn of events. I've supported this game almost since the inception of the brand.
I've loyally bought each copy every year
Even though I already have a gaming rig I bought my PS5 solely to play madden
I pre-ordered the game and I was so excited...work can be a grind, my discord community has become a part of my routine and social orbit...yes this is just a game however I paid money, in advance, for what I was lead to believe was functional product
I don't play with MUT or any of the garnish you try to sell as a meal.
The core gameplay is the real meat I get from this game.
Do not let me starve.

The financial consequences of the pandemic lockdowns still resonates with me. Finally regaining after two years, I've only just started to recover.
Because of this I need to maximize the value of what I purchase.
I can't afford to just get swindled and be told to wait.
