Are you still having trouble with this? I see those servers are currently up so you should be able to connect.
I received my beta code via email today and am running into this same issue. I’m able to connect to EA servers using other games, but I can’t get past the beta’s load screen without being disconnected from the EA Servers, then am unable to reconnect.
Community ManagerDo either of you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports on your consoles? Especially, a racing wheel or dongle for another peripheral. If you do, unplug them and try again.
I am also unable to connect to EA servers even though I just booted up Madden 22 and connect just fine. I do not have anything extra plugged into my console.
Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I am having the issue now where I am not able to play the beta. I get the message that the EA server is down.
