I can't login into my EA account with my e-mail adress

Question

I tried to log in into my other EA account ( ID xobinbinox) with my e-mail adress, but it says my data is incorrect or has expired, while I am a 100 percent sure that this isn't the case. When I use my ID, it does work. What can I do? Is there a way to contact an advisor via e-mail? I can't call unfortunately.
