I didn’t receive my madden rewards

Hello yesterday i heard that madden rewards came out and other people received it but I didn’t  receive them. I received them last month and I’m still signed up. If you could help me that would be greatly appreciated thanks.

    I have talked to Ea help and they said wait 24 and now I don’t know what to do .

    @BigboiJonah did you already complete one more game afterwards? sometimes missing rewards are triggered by doing that.

    my second guess: did you already have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards go directly there without notice.

    if none of the approaches work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they are able to track your account and hopefully will grant you the rewards if it is missing due to a bug.

    I’ve restarted my game server almost times and waited a day. I see that al YouTubers are signed up for Mut rewards and got the free Easter pack however I’ve signed up as well but haven’t received the Easter promo packs yet. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
