I have a black screen after a startup

Summarize your bug After launching a game my window of the game shows , but I see only black screen. Then this window shows for like 10seconds and dissapear. Every time I have this situation.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had similiar problem with other game on Origin, but hopefuly I fixed it. It was something wrong with the files of the game

What do you expect to see? I just bought the game so I want to play it
