I have not been able to get the monthly packs
I have signed in to everything that i needed to and i still have not got the monthly packs.
Did you end up receiving your packs? If not, our Support teams below can double-check to make sure you received them and if not, they'll grant the rewards to you. When monthly rewards for Weekend League or MUT Rewards go out, they "roll out" which means some others might get them slightly earlier than others. If you received them but they didn't show up on your account, usually restarting the console so it re-connects your account to the servers can help push the rewards to your packs section.
