Having issues playing certain friends from my friends list. I can play one friend and not the other and they purchased the 99 dollar one. Please help. Thanks in advance.

@3054lyfe Just to check if everyone on the PS5 version of the game? If so have anyone made changes to their EA or PSN privacy settings?

Y can’t I see my friends list for the ps5 version of the game but I can see them on ps4 version for online gaming

Hi @3054lyfe With the friend you can't play or any you don't see, do they see you on their list by chance? If so if they try to play you do either of you get errored out with a specific message?

I have the same issue. My friend and me are both using a PS5. We can’t see any of our friends on our friend list to invite for any games or online franchise mode. We have even tried putting each other’s id in and this isn’t working.

@3054lyfe What I discovered is that we're dealing with licensing differences:

A. Xbox One license-only vs Xbox X|S license-only vs Xbox X|S Bundled.
B. Xbox One vs Series X|S will not share nor show friends lists
C. Xbox One-only vs Xbox One-only will share\show friends lists
D. Xbox X|S Bundled allows both Series X|S and Xbox One versions to be installed on the console. Thus you'll have two versions installable on the Series X|S console.

What this means is that whatever versions you have will need to be used with your friends. I have a Series X. I have some friends with Xbox One and Xbox Series X\S.

So for Xbox One users, I have to use the Xbox One licensed version. I see all of my friends with Xbox One licenses.

I must use the Xbox Series X|S version for my Series X users. I can view all of my friends with Series X licenses. The All-Madden version granted us "Dual Entitlement, " allowing us to have both licensed versions on one console.

So make sure your licenses are the same when planning to play. If they match Friends List will be populated.

@daxtonhurst90 Can you and your friend check your EA and PSN account privacy settings for anything that might block users? If not to confirm everyone your looking for is on PS5 using the PS5 version?
