Hey,
I pre ordered Madden 15 digital copy on the playstation store for my ps4. I never recieved a redeem code for my pre order reward. I called sony and they said EA is supposed to have sent me an email, that its nothing they can do.
I had hoped that the reward would just be attached to the game file, but when I open MUT there is nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same I've not the got the code from EA in my email yet.. EA Help us who ordered it through the Playstation store to not have a physical disk and code.
You'd think ordering digital would be easier and better.. always issues.
@EA_Barry That link says page does not exist. I spoke with someone via live chat and they told me its something thats being worked on. Hiwever if you do have an updated link to check the status somewhere thatd be cool.

Same problem but with my digital copy in xbox one.. i do everything and when i talk with somoene in the live chat tell me he cant help me, that i need to fix this with the xbox support , of course they tell me the same thing...
This is a steal for my because i already paid for this.. so EA do something please im going to write every day untill you do something for us.
