I never recieved my pre order redeem code for madden 15

I paid for Madden 15 per Xbox (digital downloadn bundle) and I never received my redeem code for the 30 free packs for Madden Ultimate team.  Should I receive an email with the code?

    Hey all, I pre ordered Madden 15 through psn for the 'day one digital' deal and it said that you get $15 in free ultimate team stuff. I never received the content or a code so I'm just wondering where I went wrong. Also, my email address listed with origin is outdated (I deleted the account, doesn't exist anymore) so if I AM to retrieve it via email, how can I contact EA about this problem? Thanks so much!!

    I pre ordered madden 15 @ gamestop. I did not receive a code for an EA ultimate stadium and pack.

    This is ridicuoulous and I get some idiot on chat that knows nothing about it. Yet I play people in mut that have it!
