I opened a 86 headliners hero (special) pack but never got any players

Are they in your binder cause with me I didn’t realize cause just before I opened a pack and got two headliners players at once and mistook my new players for those players and just didn’t notice for several hours. While it seems you don’t get any players from the pack, the pack just slides open and you don’t get anything, they still show up in the binder.

If they’re not in your binder, perhaps try customer service...
