I recieved a email that my other acount was locked and I needed to contact you
In order to contact you I had to fight with your website, search and search through your minues and end up having to "request a chat' I recieved a email at approxamitly 12:06 pm Eastern Time saying thank you for contacting ea help. My estimated wait time for a call back is 350 minutes (I got the pick to prove it). My madden league is set to advance tonight in the offseason past the resigning process. I have been locked out of my account so I am unable to do anything until this is taken care of.
Im irritated at the situation, I am irritaded at the whol ea.help.com site. I am irritated at the Telephone number hotline that asks you for your language then proceeds to tell you in said language to go to ea.help.com then hangs up.
Please do something because my irritation is becoming more and more unstable. Couple this with the FIFA 15 game, Assassins Creed Unity and Far Cry 3 games that were purchased on my account along with Fifa points and I am getting on my last nerve.
Now it is saying that my call back is in my past cases. I hope this doesnt mean that it was just brushed to the side because of so I will explode.
