I was banned from madden ultimate team for cheating. I never cheated

I played 3 games of madden ultimate team 23. I won 1 and lost 2. I then ended up getting banned for cheating after beating a cowboys team that was around 95 ovr. I believe the player was salty and reported me for cheating. I do not even know how I could install cheats for madden and I do not intend on cheating ever in madden. If I could get unbanned or my account investigated to clear the allegation, I will be very greatful.

    @FaDeSwipez Any progress? I'm panicking and seeing nothing but horror stories and bots giving people the run around.

    @FaDeSwipez Dont waste your time appealing,because they will upheld it,and they wont say what exactly you've done to be banned

    This is disheartening considering I literally bought the game this week and I got banned for “match cheating”. I goto view the ban and there is no reason for the ban. EA needs to fix this. If I beat someone and they report me for cheating every time am I going to keep getting banned? I’m also banned with seemingly no proof.
