Impossible to Get Sacks in Next Gen

For some reason, it is impossible to get sacks in next gen madden 21. I am playing on PS5, ai QB's throw away the ball at the slightest hint of pressure, even if its from their blindside.

The problem is, some challenges REQUIRE a sack to finish.

Can we expect a fix for this? Or is the game made to be as frustrating and annoying as possible?

    Any advice even would be helpful. Matt Ryan throws the ball away instantly no matter what I do, he never gets any grounding penalties and I can't get close to him. Doesn't matter what blitz I run, how many people are in coverage, who i'm usering, he's just un-sack-able.

    I keep getting actual sacks, but the throw out of sack animation is so broken that he somehow gets a throw when he should be fumbling. This needs adjustment badly.

    @Drizzt9922 agree. the throw out of sack animation is really annoying, sometimes. I also struggle to sack Matt Ryan, but after doing some repetitions I'm able to get the sack, normally....

    how I try to blitz to get a sack: I use Pinch Buck O out of 3-4 odd. I do the following adjustments pre-snap: substitute my fastest LB in at ROLB and LOLB; I use coverage adjustment "show blitz" and move both safeties a bit closer to the middle of the field and closer to the LOS; I user the MLB who is in man coverage and do the LB adjustment "blitz all". if the HB (or TE) my usered MLB covers goes for a route, I follow the route. if he does pass blocking, I rush for the QB. usually, one of the OLBs is unblocked and is able to sack the QB (or at least force a throw out of sack). in the case of Matt Ryan, as I said I most often have to try more than once but it is only a matter of time till I get the sack.
