Installation stopped

I'm installing the game to my Xbox One and it just stopped at 65%. It's been about 3 hours like this and I'm not sure how to restart the game. When I shut off the console it doesn't restart the game, it brings me where I left off. So I don't know what to do now. Please help.

    This is most likely a connectivity issue. Please perform the following steps:

    Reset the XB1 network card and clear the cache:

    1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache. 

    Also, try power cycling your modem and/or router and connect directly with a cable rather than wirelessly if possible.

    It has NOTHING to do with connection and everything to do with yalls company. This is becoming an issue across many EA games. My wifi get 800mbs of download speed and I get a consistent 30png so ik it has nothing to do with connection. Do better EA.
