Invalid Account - Madden Support team doesn't help.

Since Thursday I cant play MUT as I receive the Invalid Account Error Message.

Ive contacted the customer support team thursday and my account is still invalid.

After waiting 3 days and doing all the account verification process a technician said he fixed it and when i tried logging in to MUT it still came up with the same invalid account message.

I emailed the madden customer support again yesterday and they said they can only fix it through their live chat system. I literally kept the tab open all day and still received no pop up message from a technician.

I emailed the madden customer support complaining and asking for support but its been a whole day and ive received nothing.

I understand that because of the virus their customer service times are different, but why in a whole day of waiting for live chat did no one message me, and how come they stop replying to my emails?

I payed £40 for this game and this game mode specifically, and I havent been able to play for over 4 days now.

Someone please help

    Are you absolutely sure you're using the right email address of your EA account to log in to Madden? That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. That will lock you out for about 90 minutes.
