lol start a new franchise for what?
I spent literal days.....DAYS.....editing my team and a friend's team to add legends and then adding 6 legends to EVERY SINGLE TEAM all the way down to the colleges they attended and the accessories they wore. I played one season before this data corruption happened. I had also spent many hours more making a draft class for legendary college players. If my franchise is one of the 60% that cannot be recovered, you literally wasted my time. Why in the hell would I start a new franchise and trust you to keep it up and running when this is about the 3rd time in a few weeks that franchises have had issues being opened?
I'm sure you hear this all the time, but if my franchise is gone, I will NEVER buy another Madden in my life time. You think I'm kidding and will succumb but I promise you you will never get another dime from me. This is the straw that broke the camel's back after years of neglect and half a**ed "improvements", little-to-no development, and inconceivable errors that would be caught if anyone tested the game ever (former cover athlete having the wrong college named by the announcer anybody?). If this was MUT, it would have been fixed in an hour, but because its franchise and not actively earning you money since we already paid, your solution is "ho hum, start a new franchise, your time means nothing to us, just your money, tehehehe." I guarantee you you won't part with any of that money over this either because you don't give a damn about your consumers.
