[Investigating] Errors when trying to play Franchise game modes

I get this message everytime I try to play franchise, and haven't had access in over 36 hours. Anyone else have this problem?

[CM - updating thread title to a wider scope, since there are different errors coming up for some people having this issue]

    Marking this as a solution just for visibility. We are still working on fixing this issue. 



    Thanks for the updates, everyone. We are still looking into this and working on getting Franchise back up and running. 

    We appreciate you bearing with us while we continue working to get it fixed.

    We are receiving this message now when trying to access our online CFM. This started this morning 3/1623.  Can we get ab update please!

  • Still same issues, been about a week of "high server volume" and no option to play offline even though FotF is single player

    Same problem here, trying to play FotF but I can't play in any position. The error message: "Our Servers are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic and cannot process your request to access this league at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu". They should let us play FotF in offline mode, I just want to achieve the trophies.
