Is the game ever going to be as good as Madden 2005?

I swear, since Madden 05, the game has gotten progressively worse. The soundtrack is lame. Gameplay is ok, but everything lacks depth. Franchise isn't nearly as fun as it was in 05. You had to get through mini camp while recruiting Free Agents. Then after mini camp you had the pre-season. All of the depth and different things you could do with the game were awesome! The soundtrack was amazing and the Tony Bruno show was so much fun to listen to. Don't forget the newspaper clippings and stories! You had the local paper and the national paper. You could click on a story and read it or handle team matters. Players would call their team out if the team did something that player didn't like. That game just had so much going for it and EA just took perfection and made it worse. I still continue to buy Madden but I do so begrudgingly. I spend triple the money for half the game. It's honestly depressing. Come on EA, you can do better!
