Issue with in game purchasing on ps4

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Picksix88
Date/time issue occurred 7/24/2019 3pm est
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug When trying to purchase bundle I get error message purchase transaction number 2519
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens when I try to buy points in the store
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant buy packs or madden green currency
What do you expect to see? I expect it to work

    Hey all,

    Are you still having trouble purchasing points? We've seen reports on this and made sure the appropriate parties are aware of it happening. We recommend performing a power cycle before attempting another purchase.

    Even though the points purchased are for our game, the transaction itself goes through the PlayStation store for your PlayStation account, so don't hesitate to contact our friends at PlayStation Support if you're having any trouble with a purchase made on your PlayStation account.

    Power Cycle

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    Error code when trying to buy points from the store, says order number 4221 and does not let me purchase any. Happens every time I have tried today.

    I also getting an error Purchase transaction number: 10571 but i havent purchase anything yet

    It would be nice if EA would actually respond and not leave it up to the members to solve their own problem.  Hey EA hold yourselves accountable and make issues like this right for once for the the loyal consumers!!!!!

    Okay everyone I may have figured it out.  If you downloaded ea access and u have the game already on preorder you will most likely not have access to buy points.  This is because technically the pre order is still pending.  In order to get around this I bought a 100.00 ps4 card and am redeeming it in madden to get around the store.  Hopefully that will work so I can RIP some packs.  I'll follow up and let yall know it it worked.
