The javon Hargrave Ltd wasn't in packs and I rolled like 200k training in aka packs and I didn't get him and you guys Said that we would get a makeright for it and I haven't received mines yet 

I was locked out of my account for a bit after Christmas and I have gotten no make rights. I have asked for help twice and they say I will get it in 24 hours. Its been more than 2 days now. Please help me. Also, I saved 180,000 coins and 40,000 training and spent them trying to pull 96 ltd javon Hargrave and I just learned he wasn't in packs. Will I get my training and coins back?

Didn't get makerights for Javon hargrave

I still haven’t received my make rights for being locked out over the holidays and I also opened $120 worth of aka packs while Javon Hargrave wasn’t in the packs

During the timeframe of Dec 24 through like end of January I was unable to play madden. I was locked out of ultimate team for a long time period. Then I heard about them pushing out Makerights 3 days ago, but I haven’t gotten one. I should’ve been one of the firsts to get this because it seems like I’m always last for everything this year in madden. For once this year I just want to be given a correct timeline and actually make sure it works for that time instead of just giving it to some people because I’m tired of receiving things months or weeks later than everyone else gets it and the price depreciates and I’m left with almost nothing. I just want my Makerights or any update or problem to be given an accurate time line and make sure that it works. When can I expect my Makerights or will I get those in a month just like the present situation?

EA did make progress by giving the Makeright for Hargrave today so that’s a step forward, now I just need the items that I missed out on for being locked out for 21 days 

Same. Got the Hargrave today but was locked out of Madden on Christmas and never received the make rights. I opened a ticket with EAHelp on Wednesday and they haven't responded and I tweeted at them today with no response again. Horrible customer service for the past 4 years I've been playing Madden and I think it's my last one for a while.

Is it just me or I haven’t received the make rights packs when I had the issue and I opened 6 packs of the aka yet I haven’t got the free 96 Hargrave. I’ve tried everything to get in contact with EA yet they couldn’t help me. If y’all could help me revive this or any help it would be very useful!!.
