javon hargrave

People are getting the New Class AKA 96 Javon Hargrave BND. I open the Re roll packs while they weren’t in packs. I know people who received it but not me. Anyone having this issue?

I have contacted EA help multiple times and I still haven’t been able to receive my make rates for the Christmas lock out or Javon Hargrave for the glitch where he wasn’t in packs and I want to know if I will
