I have a 87 overall Jerry Rice PUP. I have been trying to upgrade it to 90 to get the xfactor, but despite having a 89 overall boss legends jerry rice, the game does not recognize that i have him to use and asks me to go to the auction house. I want to be able to finish upgrading and this is such a frustrating problem.
- @ArroxanHero I'd guess this item is buggy. according to your screenshot, you got the item via a pack opening and there are not any active upgrades (@satfreaktom264).
I'd therefore suggest to contact EA Help (see contact details below). if this bug occurs due to some corrupted entries in the database (regarding your item; as far as I know, it is sometimes (but very rarely) the case that an item is broken), it might be necessary to replace the item. EA Help should be able to do that since they are able to track your account.
