What's the glitch? According to your screenshot. Everything looks fine to me. Maybe I am a missing something?
So it's harder to see in that picture but the bottom half of the jersey is discolored and does not show the backplate/qb jacket/etc it's just discolored and off. It only happens for created players in face of franchise or franchise mode.
