Just bought Madden 20 and can’t play online

Why can’t you just do the logical thing and send out a patch that lets players select the email they want to use? I can’t play online either because it has an email from 15 years ago that doesn’t even exist anymore. Stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. Just let me choose the email I want. 

So I just bought madden 20 and I was like yes can’t wait to play this horrible franchise of games with one of my friends. Then to figure out that I can’t even play the * game because “my account is invalid.” And you then try for 2 days on how to fix this problem to get no * help anywhere because This game is so irrelevant that you can’t find a  Proper Tutorial on how to fix the problem😭😭. This company is  ran by a bunch of * * 😂😂😂. Can’t wait to refund and spend my money on a real game!!!!

Did you try resetting the password of your EA account?

I ve tryed to do this and it has said that my account is invaild what does that mean? how do i make it valid ?

Are you resetting the password for the account you're posting from? If so, that doesn't appear to be the right one as Madden 20 has never been played on it. If you don't know the email of the EA account you played Madden on, please open a case here so an advisor can help with the account recovery process.

I have madden and many other ea games and I can’t get online it says invalid account. Doesn’t make sense I’ve been owning this account since 2010. I just played head to head july 30 now I can’t get access to online? I’ve made a new account still can’t get access. I can’t get on any of the ea online player modes and I have nhl 20 and don’t want to open it because of madden. How do we fix this problem so I can get back online. If we can’t resolve this I will have to not purchase any ea game again. Help

I'm with this guy. It's about time to let EA go if they dont resolve this and fast. Dont give me your crap PR responses. We told you, we cannot access the email addresses. I dont know if you tried your stupid account recovery bs but it is a sham.
