I am on Xbox One and also have this same issue. I have completed ALL of the rushing gauntlet challenges that I can, but I still do not have credit for this objective.

The appropriate people have been notified of the issue and are investigating. No ETA currently on when this will be resolved.
Man oh man, this better be resolved. "No ETA" seems like an ominous type wording. Been playing Madden for years and finally got into Madden Ultimate Team for the first time ever. Wouldn't be a big deal but not being able to complete this objective robs all of us of a pro pack as well as whatever things were going to come after this Kickoff Objective. This goes across both PS4 and XBOX ONE so I can only imagine it's probably thousands of people affected who just started playing MUT. Get this fixed EA!

This does not allow us to move onto the Next Objective list and loosing Pro Pack opportunities
This is excatly why i decided to buy NBA2K17 instead...
