That is the same problem with me.
This issue started last month for me on Xbox X MVP series in franchise mode
it's all perfect kicks but when it comes to the extra point PAT attempt.
The kicker kicks the ball into the stands or even behind the kicker.
it doesn't matter the distance either or that you have an accurate kick.
Along with not being able to see the standings in Franchise mode on Xbox series X, this game is disappointing.

even my QB as the kicker
I have even removed and reinstalled the game
Its a horrible glitch that I wish we can be refunded on this game- EA_Blueberry

If you toss in a QB at kicker you're never going to be able to kick a FG. The only player you can have in the kicker position is a kicker. I've seen some random cases where a punter is in the kicker position which causes some kicking trouble.
Do you know if the morale for the kicker you have is low?
