Madden 20 PC head to head. I can't make it through 1 game. Desync every time. Any solution?

We've detected an issue causing head to head matches to fail when players have changed their presentation settings to Quick Presentation. We're actively working on resolving this issue. At this time, we recommend players do not change their presentation settings.

It works fine with our other players that are in different conferences. But the players we have in the same division it won’t let us play

To be clear, is this only for a select amount of players or does it consistently happen for a variety of players within your league that are in divisions with each other? If it's only a few players within a specific division I'm led to believe it could be due to their network settings and how they tend to play each other more because they're in the same division, which leads to this happening more often.
How can I check this presentation?
Community AdminIt is happening to 2 players that were in the same division. However, one of them left that division the next season it is still happening. They are both still in the AFC. They met in the AFC championship and it keeps giving the error. But like I said the league with the other players is completely fine
we also have the same network connection, due to the fact we live in the same house.

Even though these steps are for a different game, this should also translate to Madden 20. I believe what you're experiencing is network configuration related and these steps could help. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to ply a CFM game it Desyncs what is happening ? I uninstalled and reinstalled unplugged my modem and Xbox nothing.
