Thanks for the response. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
Also, which Xbox are you playing on? If it's a Series X, try removing the game from Quick Resume.
Hello, I am on Xbox series X. I have completed this step. I played for a couple hours tonight and I did not get kicked out of any games. However I’m not sure it fully worked. There was multiple times where the game stopped and said my connection was lagging, but I did not get kicked out!
however if you have more solutions worth trying I’d love to make it perfect like it used to be.

I'm glad to hear There's an improvement. Something else you can try is using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Also, check your ethernet cables to make sure they aren't damaged. They also should be at least Cat6.
