I'm glad to hear There's an improvement. Something else you can try is using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Also, check your ethernet cables to make sure they aren't damaged. They also should be at least Cat6.
Hi can you tell me what my DNS was on before? This change made my connection considerably worse.

I don't have that information, but it was probably dynamic. Change that setting back to using a dynamic DNS instead of entering one in.
- 3 years ago@EA_Aljo it was switch back. I just lagged out of a win with 7 seconds left. Nothing has worked :/

Does your router support QoS (Quality of Service)? If so, try enabling it and prioritize your console. Also, is UPnP enabled? If not, enable, but also, I have seen the rare occurrence where disabling it helped.
