After looking into this further, I've found out that it's a one-time use code. So, the first to redeem it, will get the rewards. It's not a code that will work for everyone. Sorry for the frustration, guys ☹️

I been watching the stream and I tried to claim the Lamar Jackson but the code didn’t work but it popped up on my screen. PLEASE HELP!
It just happened again 😭 like cmon this not fair hopefully they notice and can fix this situation..
Same thing happend to me clicked on it and just took me to rewards page just to see nothing

It is not possible to respond to the "DM" it is a pop up in the live stream... still need help.
