Any update on this? Same exact issues as everyone else. Happened as soon as I updated patch. reinstalled all video drivers and reinstalled madden.

We're working on getting a fix out for this as soon as we can. In the meantime, there are a couple things you can try that might help:
If you're able to get into the game menu and access your settings, try disabling VSYNC. This seems to be related to adjusting the FPS cap while VSYNC is enabled. Keeping VSYNC disabled might help prevent the issue for the time being.
If you aren't able to get to the settings menu, deleting your usersettings.dat file for Madden NFL 23 may also help. Keep in mind this may reset your game settings back to the default options.
