League shows 32 user but only 31 teams taken.

Hi, I run a PS4 madden franchise. We had an issue with a user trying to join. He was unable to select a team. It shows our league as full, 32/32, but when I go to the schedule, the team says CPU. We have tried to get one of our alternates on the team to see if it was something on his end, but no luck, we can't invite anyone. Any suggestions?
