It's sad to say, but they don't bother doing a REAL investigation. Since it's obvious the ban detection system has a major bug.
They don't even bother to tell me WHAT I did wrong (because they can't). My second appeal with even hints to the bug was declined in a matter of minutes, which means it was automation and not a investigation. It's so frustrating to be treated with this little respect as a paying customer.
