LOADING SCREEN BUGGED - CANT PLAY

Hey yall,

I play Madden 23 and whenever I try to play the game, the loading screen stops (it doesn't freeze, the background graphic continues to run).

I've already dealt with EA Support and went through the troubleshooting process with them, with no solution. It normally takes me 5 hours of troubleshooting on average to launch the game once and whenever the xbox shuts down and i want to reopen the game, the same old problem arises. 

I would love for a permanent solution, I play the game offline and via disc, and the disc is clean with no scratches, thanks
