"Login did not go as planned"

This issue is also occurring for me, kind of frustrating, I was really looking forward to the new update. 

Did you do anything specific to fix it?

cant even get past the login screen, no options for help only reset password which i did along with resetting the app, uninstalling and installing the app, resetting my computer... i just want to play w the new sims 4 infants :<

finally got to login but now its saying i dont own the game or any of the packs aaaaaaaaaa

they have to fix this

I ran EA as admin and it worked? No idea why
