Login to EA server loop

Summarize your bug "Warning: Unknown login error occured." Every single time I try to sign in to EA I click R2, get the "Please reset your password" screen with the QR code, I've tried both using the QR code and entering the url itself and I've reset my password four total times (twice using each method) and every single time I complete the reset, hit X, and get hit with "ATTENTION: In order to access the online features blah blah blah" screen and just nothing happens. I've restarted the game, restarted the console, restarted my internet. My accounts are linked, I've never had this problem before. Please help
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in Try to start any feature on Madden 23 Get to QR code screen to reset password Rinse and repeat
What happens when the bug occurs? Just get error messages and "Attention" screens
What do you expect to see? "Log in successful" and the ability to play the game online

"Warning: Unknown login error occured."

Every single time I try to sign in to EA I click R2, get the "Please reset your password" screen with the QR code, I've tried both using the QR code and entering the url itself and I've reset my password four total times (twice using each method) and every single time I complete the reset, hit X, and get hit with "ATTENTION: In order to access the online features blah blah blah" screen and just nothing happens.

I've restarted the game, restarted the console, restarted my internet. I'm logged in every where else. Please help

    AVOID THIS GAME! (Note: I have a Play Station 5, I cannot speak to any other gaming platform). This game is fraught with online interactivity problems. The very first time I tried to do anything interactive I got a message asking me to change my EA Sports password (You must be logged into EA servers for the game to work online). After doing so from my PC, I still could not do roster updates, progress updates or any other online activity inside the game. The game also has a login from the game itself by hitting R2 on the controller, but it never once took me to a login screen, just took me to a "reset password" screen and then gave me error messages such as "unknown login error occurred". (See pictures). I tried all avenues of fixes, including PS5 account logins, EA logins and password changes, settings changes, software updates, and password changes. NOTHING WORKED. I contacted EA support by E-mail and EA site support (help ticket). The ONLY instruction I got was to login to EA servers. (which I had already done, and changed my password several times after troubleshooting attempts). After that I was ignored. (I could not find any EA phone support, which I usually do as a last resort if I am ignored on e-mails or help tickets). In a last attempt at finding the issue preventing online interactivity, I got on some EA blogs and lo and behold, there were DOZENS of accounts of people having the same problem, not just on PS5, but other gaming platforms. I saw several screen shots of the same messages I got when trying to login from inside the game, including but not limited to the "unknown login error occurred" message. Note: I play MLB The Show 22 on PS5, and the interactivity features work almost flawlessly, though once in a while I have to "restore licenses" within the PS5 settings to do roster updates. (I tried doing license restore for Madden 23 with no luck). The problems themselves were bad enough, causing hours of frustration trying to get this piece of trash to work, but what did it in for me was the complete disregard by the EA "no support" team, the worst I have ever encountered by longshot! Needless to say, I returned the game within the 30 day window. No EA games, ever again. Support team is derelict of duty.

    These guys keep ripping us off This game sucks Ea sports  can’t get it right or they just don’t care about this game do to the fact they have exclusive rights to the game or else they would be finished like NBA Live is  year after year  it’s the same old [Edit - Admin.]  game and  garbage  servers  I am tired of EA Sports ripping us off

    EA Barry:

    Here is what a get when I follow the first link (see attachment). It is a complete dead end. Note: I entered Maden23 as the game platform, not FIFA as referred to at the dead end.

    Someone should provide phone support for the endless dead ends we run into on this issue.

    Summarize your bug I can’t enter into face the franchise. It’s saying unknown log in erro.

    I’m new to gaming as it’s my son playing and I’m kind of clueless!   He can’t go into face the franchise. Please help!
