Lost connection to servers
Im literally done who do i ask for a refund, no other games i get disconnected on, but maddens * servers wont allow me to even hold a 5 game streak without disconnecting & losing because of it, & worse thing is if someone backs out of online H2H before the game starts, it will still start & you get the loss, trash * game save your money
Hey @BellySipWock Thanks for this information, For the disconnects you see is it the same connection error the pops up or are they different? we can try to go through the below steps and check if we notice any improvement.
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
For any players that seem to be causing a loss if they are using a discovered exploit then we can report them using our guide: Report players for cheating, abuse, and harassment. This should help the appropriate team become aware and investigate the issue.
