I changed my NAT settings from "strict" to "open" (you can see your settings in settings > network) and it has worked since.

Mines moderate where do I change that?

My nat is open and I rarely am able to connect with another user in CFM. I also have internet speed over 50+ MB.

Easy way to change your nat on Xbox One is to test your multilayer connection under the network settings.

Once it finishes it will ask you to continue.

Don't continue yet.

Hold down both bumpers and triggers until your network information comes up.

You can exit after this and check your nat. Keep doing this until you get an open nat.

Make sure you have both privacy settings and parental settings on Allow all on both your profiles/consoles.

PS3 media server connection:

The media server connection sometimes interferes with the PS3's ability to connect online, so temporarily disabling it is one of the best early troubleshooting steps available for the PS3.

Process:
Navigate to the Settings section of the main menu.
Select Network Settings.
Select Media Server Connection.
Select Disable.
Restart the console.
