Madden 15 Offline Connected Franchise issues

Every time i go to play my franchise the game launches that miniclip of the seahawks and panthers game then im forced to play out the scenerio, afterwards i get stuck on the loading screen and cant play!!!

I play in an offline franchise with a friend. Our game frequently freezes. Most notably when we play one another with out respective teams. It gets stuck "Loading". I tried a connected franchise with another friend and we both had connectivity issues. We each run at around 84 mbs, so it isnt our internet. I have played madden for 10+ years. The loading issues I am having are so dissapointing. I havent owned a game console since the PS2 and recently bought an XBOX 1 just to play Madden. I have the digital copy and I am very dissatisfied. Is there a way to returm the game? I am addicted to franchise mode and since it isn't reliable, I don't have much interest in playing. 

I am having touble playing connected franchise, when i go to resume both online or offline leagues it goes and loads and keeps loading. I have waited for up to 45 minutes for it to load and it has not. So i thought to create a new league. Unfortunatly, when i go to create a new league, online it gets the same loading screen and offline when i got to import custom roster or default connected franchise rosters the game then loads into the Carolina versus Seahawks game that plays when starting up the game. I am not sure why that happens, then when i either finish that or quit it then goes into a loading screen with the moving background in the back but it does not load and stays loading just like all the other times the game needs to load something. This is very frustrating and i have been dealing with these issues for the past since thursday the 25th of September. I have tried multiple hard resets and i have switched games but nothing has stop this from happening.

I can't get into my online connected franchise, every time i click on Connected Franchise mode it doesn't make it past the "loading data" screen. How the heck do I fix this?

I am having problems with my offline connected franchise. everytime I try to play the game that week, just goes to loading screen. I try to reinstall the game but works only once and awhile. Any suggestions.....I even was able to swap out game for a new disc from the store and still no luck. wtf!

When trying to play cfm after i log into it,the games looks like its going to go to the game mode. then im stuck on Loading data screen for hours. its not froze cause music plays an visiuals move aroun but i get no were. even after starting the game over quiting madden, reinstalling, power cycling, clearing caches, talking to a ea call center for almost a hour before they disconnted then getting a 2 hour waiting period befere the next call which never came. im pissed im in a few online leagues an this is only happening to me so of couse no one beleives me cause they are playing just fine.
