Madden 15 on Xbox one
I just bought my son an xbox one and Madden 15. The game keeps freezing. It won't get past "installing 99%" . Then it goes to "queued" . I need help with this thing before it goes back to the store.

Connect to the 'net with a cable rather than wirelessly.
Reset the XB1 network card and clear the cache:
- On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
- After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
Also, try power cycling your router.
