Madden 15 PS4 freezes up during gameplay

 We shouldn't have to redo anything on our system. This is obviously a tech problem on their end. I have spent over $500 to play MUT this year and now can't play a game without it freezing. We need this fixed ASAP. By EA or Sony...not ME.

What about trying the following:

• Remove PS4 from Network, disconnecting internet access
• Launch Madden 15 
• If you get past the main menu, go to Customize Tab > Manage Files > Load/Delete > Scroll over to Rosters > Delete the latest rosters 
• Back out to Load/Delete > Bumper over to Profile > Delete displayed Profile 
• Restart entire PS4 
• Re-connect to Network 
• Test Madden 15 

I'm having the same issue. I freeze 2-4 times during every offline franchise mode game. I'm able to close the application and restart it and get back into the game but it's getting pretty ridiculous.

I've come to conclude that the error most of us are incurring is based on the most recent game update, which is from EA. After getting everything downloaded (Roster Updates, Tuning Updates etc.), I was no longer able to play any game type accept for online play, which interestingly enough, ran smoothly. To counter this problem, I deleted everything, and reloaded everything except for the online game update. Everything worked fine, minus the fact that I couldn't play online, which is kinda besides the point yeah? So, in the second attempt at downloading the online playing update, Nothing worked. I could go and pick a game type, set it all up, but the game would freeze at the load screen. I got online, saw that most just had to re-initialize their PS4, and the problem was solved. Not so much for me and what appears to be a great amount of other users. Re-initializing it just had me redo the steps, and no problem was actually fixed.

EA needs to build some form of patch for it's most recent game update, that is the only thing that's going to fix it. I have not encountered this problem in any other game, some from EA as well. All I want to do is play some damn Madden.

Mine always freezes second half of a solo, haven't tried h2h yet, don't feel like losing my SB over a glitch with MUT.  I have had 8 freezes in 2 days, the only thin that seemed to work, oddly enough, was to let the AI auto pick your lineup, deleting and re-initializing did not work.  Auto picking the lineup is turrible too, I have Blanda as my kicker so he can fill the QB3 position, but it keeps putting my punter(Kern) in place instead...
