I get this error everytime i try to access any online feature in Madden.In order to access the online features for this title your Sony Entertainment Account must be signed in and you must be signed in to the ea servers.I am signed into the sony network i know that for a fact. I deleted the game and reinstalled it, plus initialized my PS4. All my other games go online without a problem. Madden 15 works online under my sons account but I should not have to play it under his.

this did not work for me but what i did was go to my account and it said sing in even though i was on the account then it worked

Any new updates...I too was receiving the same message

I have tried everything and still have gotten that exact message

I have the same issue but refuse to reformat my system because EA sucks. On ps4 with active and online psn plus account.

EA better Find a fix for this soon or I'll be requesting a full refund soon. I don't pay $60 for servers down 4 out of the 5 times I've had time to play this sorry game.

Downloaded the update, issue still not fixed! WTF EA I bought this game the day it came out Only to play online and I haven't been able to do so. I'm returning this game if this isn't fixed in 30 days!
