Madden 15 Xbox360, I am on Ultimate team and i want to purchase "Points"

on xbox 360 i cant buy points on madden 15. I know several players have this problem and it seems unsolvable by ea. They know of the problem but have giving no suggestions on how to fix it. When you try and purchase points it tells you it is still processing a previous purchase and you cant until its finished. It will never be finished. This has made the game play horrible becasue you can never buy new packs or get new points on there in any way. If anyone knows a solution please help.

That pending payment isn't really something on EA's end though. That money goes to either Xbox or Sony so I think it's something on their end. 

im still having same issue with processing purchased points. still waiting 9 days but have spoke to EA and they have escalated it to their tech team and im suppsed to get email back when its fixed but havent heard squat in a week.

Stole 20 dollars from me. I bought those points. Im getting robbed and there is no way to contact them. I'm calling every number I can this is unacceptable. Ea needs to clean up their act.

ITS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS SINCE I PURCHASED $9.99 WORTH OF POINTS ON MADDEN 15 FOR XBOX 360, AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. ALTHOUGH THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT.
